Quill is genetically diverse (OI 0.33), with balanced angulation, dense correct coat & great movement.

He has a sweet, friendly temperment with a dash of sass. He is both people & dog social & loves attention, affection & being told he is a good boy. Quill’s favorite activity is working as a therapy dog. He is certified through Bright Spot Therapy Dogs & currently working as a reading buddy at Hubbard Library in Ludlow, MA.

Quill is a fun “weekend warrior” style dog. He doesn’t require a job but enjoys dabbling in sports. He has high food drive, loves to retrieve, and is also toy and praise motivated. We will continue dabbling in sports & tricks but don’t have any major performance goals.

Quill’s biggest training struggle has been some barrier frustration, especially when he thinks there is fun to be had. He settles easily outside of a crate both at home and in public.
